Memorytown USA Wedding Venue

“We were originally planning to get married in Ireland. We were engaged in December of 2019. Due to covid, we decided it was best to get married stateside. We wanted a venue that matched the rustic charm we had sought in an Irish wedding. Memorytown checked everybox!” This couples really did find a perfect venue for the celebration.

Getting Ready Photos at Memorytown 

The bride and groom both got ready right on-site at Memorytown USA making their day smooth and seamless. They stayed there the night before and for their wedding day. Did you know you can stay right on site? It is always nice to have everything you need all in one place and such a beautiful, nature-filled location at that!

First Look for Bride and Groom

The bride and groom decided to have a first look for their wedding day and it was a very sweet moment, then off for couples photos around the venue grounds all before their ceremony.

How They Met

“We met in college through Matt’s fraternity and Ciara’s sorority. Matt first reached out to Ciara for a date via Facebook Messenger. He spent more than a day contemplating whether or not he should send the message! When he finally sent it, Ciara was so nervous to answer back that she asked her best friend Kelly to respond for her. We went to lunch for our first date, and it went off without a hitch.  As our relationship grew, Matt was eventually invited to join Ciara and her parents on a family trip to Ireland over college winter break. We planned our second trip to Ireland for the holiday season of 2019. On December, 21, after a romantic dinner for two in the heart of Dublin, Matt popped the question, and Ciara said yes! We then celebrated our engagement over Christmas with Ciara’s Irish family. Now, almost 3 years and a pandemic later, we’re excited to finally tie the knot and celebrate as husband and wife!”

Outside Ceremony at Memorytown USA 

I really love their outside ceremony site at Memorytown. To be surrounded by trees and overlooking the water when you say your vows really is special. Then after the ceremony, guests walked right over the grand ban for the celebration of the newlyweds!

Let the Dancing Begin!

“We had an authentic Irish band to help encompass the Irish spirit we wanted to have in our original wedding who where family friends of the father of the bride.” The music keep everybody on the dancefloor and spirits high. There was so much energy in the room. The band, The Brooklyn Bards, really kept the party going. The couple had a blast and everyone who attend had a blast!
