This Rittenhouse Park engagement session turned into a wonderful stroll down memory lane to some the this couple’s favorite Philadelphia spots. It was just in the beginnings of fall and there were still some flowers in bloom in the park and the leaves were still green and lush. Just the chill in the air hinted that the season was changing. We started in the park, a favorite place for the couple. They are planning in soon moving out of the city soon, so they mapped out their engagement session to stop by some of their favorites parks, streets and shops in Philadelphia before the move. What a thoughtful way to preserve theses places that hold sweet memories for them as a couple.
Addison Street
Addison Street is definitely a picturesque location. It is a quiet street full of charm. The string lights wrapping around the arching trees give it a magical feel, like love is in the air and all is possible.
Murals are abundant in Philadelphia and this colorful depiction covers the entire building in pinks and purples. 
Rival Bros Coffee Bar
We ended up at Rival Bros Coffee shop on Spruce Street, one of their favorite places to sip a cappuccino and an appropriate place to finish up their engagement photos. Rival Bros is welcoming and delicious and was the perfect place to warm up from the chill and grab a fresh cup of coffee. I love Melody’s beautiful engagement ring by an Bario Neal an ethical, design forward local jewelry shop and a Philadelphia favorite. Wishing Heejae and Melody the best of luck in their new adventures together!
