This Stotesbury Mansion Wedding, just off Rittenhouse Square in the heart of Philadelphia, embodied elegance and charm. The bride wore a stunning Pronovias dress that matched the chic setting. She went with a bouquet of pearls to carry down the aisle. After a sweet ceremony, their cocktail hour kicked off with delicious beverages, much cheer and casino tables, adding fun and ambiance for the guests. Caitlin and Leon danced their first dance in the beautiful ballroom followed by touching speeches and then they danced the night away!
Hear a bit about the story that lead them to their Stotesbury Mansion Wedding day. The bride, Caitlin, shares a how they met:
“After swiping right, our first date was in crazy Las Vegas at the Fizz champagne bar at Caesars. It was a wonderful first date, we instantly connected and conversation flowed. Apart from Leon talking up his amateur triathlete abilities including his fast swim times. Little did he know how proficient a swimmer I am. Thank goodness the first date was not in a pool!
After living in Las Vegas together for a year, Leon had moved back to Europe and we had a long-distance relationship for 7 months while I finished teaching for the school year. During this time, our relationship grew stronger as we were forced to make more of an effort to not let each other get away. We realized then that we would not let anything including distance and immigration issues keep us apart.  I finally joined Leon and made our relationship officially forever. We had a small wedding ceremony in the Alameda Gardens in Gibraltar on 9th September 2016, followed by a champagne toast at the Top of the Rock and finished on the beaches of the Mediterranean in Spain. Due to the quickness of our wedding, we wanted to be sure that we could celebrate with all our family and friends at a later date in Philadelphia. We chose Stotesbury Mansion for its history and elegance.”
