Outside Couples Wedding Photos

I stepped outside with the bride and groom to get some more couples’ photos. There are lots of places for wedding day photos right outside the venue. There is a lovely patch of green foliage, an industrial courtyard, a colorful mural, and an open-air atrium covered in ivy.

Long-distance Love Story

Shantel shared a little bit about their love story:

“Me and my now husband’s story goes back so many years. We met in July 1999. We were in the midst of starting a relationship when I ended up having to move to Virginia Beach. During my 8 years in Virginia, we always kept in touch and built a strong friendship over the years. We were friends for 16 years before we decided to start our relationship over. We were together for about 3 years when Sam proposed to me. That day was such a special day. And 3 years later we are now married and happier than ever! I can say I am glad our relationship went the course it did because the friendship we built over the years created a bond between us like no other.”
