Wedding at The Bellevue

December 6, 2011 is when it all began for Tom and Juli….. they were set-up on a blind date. It was a magical first date at R2L restaurant, that ended with the sweetest kiss on Juli’s cheek from Tom as he escorted her to her cab home after dinner. And it’s been magic between them ever since. They attended 12 weddings in the first 18 months of dating and loved every one of them, especially since each one was very different, unique and perfectly matched to each couple and now it is their turn! I would have to say that their wedding seemed to match their personal style perfectly!

When they decided to get married in December 2018 they knew they wanted to keep it simple, sweet, intimate, and fun. Tom is a history buff and Juli loves large windows and a room that gets lots of natural light, so when they viewed XIX Nineteen at the historic 1904 Bellevue Hotel, they knew right away it was the perfect venue. Every Sunday Tom and Juli listen to Sundays with Sinatra on 1210 radio while having a Bloody Mary, so it seemed perfect to have their wedding and reception in the early afternoon with a small jazz band playing lots of Frank Sinatra. It was the most perfect day! It was truly a joy to be a part of the wedding day at Nineteen XIX!

 When we headed out to broad street for a quick photo, it was in the mist of the St Patrick’s Day craziness and of course fellow Philadelphians couldn’t help but jump in for a photo! A classic wedding photo!
