This Cescaphe Ballroom wedding was an elegant winter dream!

They chose to have a band at the reception and it was such a good call. Their band, Jellyroll, kept the guests on the dance floor.

A Bit About Their Story From The Bride:

Matt and I met at a friend’s party (one of the bridesmaids) with mutual friends. We have known many of each other’s friends since high school but never met until a few years after college. Matt proposed Christmas morning while we were opening gifts. We were eager to set a date, so-called Cescaphe, and had our venue booked within a week of getting engaged. We only looked at one other venue before seeing the ballroom, but once we saw the large bar in the ballroom and felt the warm feeling of the space we were sold!

The bride and groom got ready at Hotel Monaco in Old City. Definitely a favorite getting-ready location, full of fun and vibrant decor and right in the midst of Old City, ideal for photos!

First Look and photos at Second National Bank

We were able to take bridal party photos and couples portraits right across the street at the Second Bank of the US. It’s a classic location for wedding photos. The bride and bridesmaids had lovely shrugs to keep them warm on the chilly winter day. Ceremony at Church of the Gesu

Then, we headed off to The Church of the Gesu for their beautiful ceremony. What a magnificent church!

Cescaphe Ballroom Reception

For their reception, we went to the Cescaphe Ballroom in Northern Liberties. This Philadelphia wedding venue has a grande and luxe feel. The Cescaphe cocktail hour is one your won’t soon forget, overflowing with all kinds of tasty delights!
